As part of your healing, you may be given a Taweez—a blessed form of protection containing sacred verses or a naksh

How to use :

Place one taweez in a water bottle or jug. All family members should drink from this taweez-infused water at least once a day.
Each taweez may be used for 2–3 days.
After this period, any remaining taweez in the bottle or jug can be chewed and swallowed.

How to use :

Use one taweez and boil it in water.
Once it has boiled, store the water in an appropriate bottle.
Whenever you take a bath, add one glass of this water to your bucket and dilute it.
One taweez will last up to 10 days, and everyone in the family may use this water.

Fold: Fold diagonally to form a thin, pencil-like shape.
Wrap: Cover with black cloth and tie with a thread.
Light & Smoke: Burn the top, inhale the smoke, and waft it around your body.

Timing: Use during Maghrib Namaz.
